reThink Green is a registered not-for-profit organization. It is sustained by securing public and private grants, as well as by revenue generated by its social enterprise business incubator, The Forge. reThink Green is primarily operated by Executive Director, Rebecca Danard, and a small team of staff and interns, with support and oversight provided by its Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors provides strategic oversight of reThink Green iniatives. Directors are elected by the membership to Board vacancies at the Annual General Meeting.

Meetings of the Board of Directors

Board meetings are open to all members and the public.  If you would like to attend the monthly Board meeting please let Executive Director Rebecca Danard know in advance. Other than at the Annual General Meeting, only Directors are entitled to a vote during a meeting of the Board of Directors.
